Applicants with a FICO score below 650 may be approved with a qualified Guarantor who must also apply and meet our credit and income requirements.

Yes. A history of prior eviction will result in an application being denied.

• Application Fee: $60 per applicant.

• Parking Garage: $100 - $150 per month (if applicable).
